SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We generally ship orders within 3 business days. Occasionally, when there is an increased order volume (due to special sales and holidays), we may require several additional days for shipping. Please know, we only ship orders on business days (Mon-Fri). For customers in the U.S., we use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders more than $100. The transit time depends on the destination, but it is usually 1 to 5 business days. Please check your tracking information for details. The tracking info is sent after we process your order. For international customers, we use USPS Priority Mail, and the shipping fee is calculated when you check out. The following chart summarizes our shipping fee.
We DO NOT ship to international addresses or US P.O. Boxes at this time and only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with our products, please contact us within 10 days of your order date by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns must be pre-approved. If the return is due to our error, we will issue a return shipping label and send it to you. We accept returns on products purchased directly from our website. All other returns must be made to the original retailer, except for cases of product defects. Returns will be given the option of a refund or equivalent exchange. All products must be unused and in original condition.
